An AI agent workspace for Windows

A shared home
for your AI work.

Bring your experiments into one workspace. Turn the work worth keeping into a repository. Send instructions across models, and bring the history of your work into the next conversation.

WORKSPACE

Gather experiments.
Grow projects.

Gather the experiments and temporary files that would otherwise be scattered across CLI launch folders. Shadow detects files placed at the workspace root and offers a destination: scratch space or a named project.

Keep ongoing work in a repository. When you move into another project, you edit and save files in that project.

See the work beside the conversation

Keep AI conversations, files, the editor, and previews together to check the actual result as you work.

CROSS-MODEL DISPATCH

Choose a CLI.
Assign a task.

Tell the CLI you are talking to which running CLI should receive a task. It sends the request to that CLI, so you can assign implementation, research, and review work across models.

You can check the assigned CLI, whether the task has been accepted or completed, and the resulting report.

Name the CLI and its task in the conversation

Current CLIClaude 2 (example)

Ask Claude 2 to test the login screen.

The CLI you are talking to sends the request. Replace “Claude 2” with the name shown in the title of the running CLI you want to use.

Send a shared instruction to all CLIs

Current CLIAll running CLIs

Announce to all CLIs: “Keep the API contract unchanged.”

Send shared requirements and specification changes to all CLIs with one instruction.

SIDERA MEMORY

Your next conversation.
With a memory.

ShadowHarness includes Sidera Memory and automatic recall. It forms memories from past conversations and automatically supplies relevant context to the AI working with you. Carry decisions and their reasons into the next task, even after closing a conversation or changing models.

Keep the decision and the reasoning

Trace the approach you chose, why it changed, and what remains to be done, without explaining the entire history again.

Return to the original conversation

Check the conversation behind a recalled memory. Records from connected devices accumulate in the same memory.

The SIDERA store sells one-off batch processing of collected logs, such as a project history. This service can be purchased without ShadowHarness. Store prices cover a single batch job, separately from ShadowHarness pricing.

SHADOWHARNESS GUIDE

Start working with Shadow

Enter your email on the registration page and verify the same Google account using the emailed link. When setup is complete, you will receive download links for Windows and Android by email.

Launch a CLI and start a task

  1. Click +CLI at the top of the window, choose a provider and CLI, then click “Launch this CLI.” Follow that CLI’s sign-in instructions if prompted.
  2. Type what you want to create or investigate in the CLI conversation. To open another CLI, use +CLI again.
  3. Click “Arrange” at the top of the window to position the open conversations and file views together.

Choose a folder and check the files

  1. Give the CLI a destination, for example: “Create a my-project folder inside workspace and work there.” When switching projects, specify the new folder path.
  2. Open the working folder in EXPLORER and click a file to see its contents in PREVIEW.
  3. When Shadow offers to organize files at the workspace root, choose “Move to scratch” for temporary work. To group them into a project, enter a folder name and click “Create & move.”
  4. For work you want to maintain, tell the CLI “Make my-project a Git repository” and start recording changes.

Request work from another CLI or announce to all

  1. Launch the CLI that should receive the task and check the name in its title.
  2. In your current CLI conversation, type “Ask Claude 2 to test the login screen.” Replace “Claude 2” with the recipient’s displayed name.
  3. For a shared instruction, type “Announce to all CLIs: Keep the API contract unchanged” in the conversation.
  4. Right-click the raven and choose “Switch view: Guide ⇄ Board.” Find the task under Open, Accepted, or Closed, then click its row to read the report.

Start using Sidera Memory

  1. Open Window → SIDERA MEMORY and read the data handling and consent terms.
  2. Click “Agree and Start” to check the session count and upload size, then click “Agree and Start” again to confirm. The first memory build’s progress appears in the same view.
  3. If the CLI toolbar shows “Inject✕,” click it to switch to “Inject.” Continue working in the conversation; memories relevant to your input are delivered to the AI.

Send instructions and attachments from your phone

  1. On your PC, open Shadow → Link a phone (QR), then click “Register a phone (QR)” to display the code.
  2. Sign in to Shadow Link for Android with the same Google account as your PC, then scan the QR code on the PC.
  3. Open a CLI from the list on your phone, type an instruction in the message field, and send it. You can attach photos and files too.
